Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your fee?

Individual therapy is $130 per session. Couples therapy is $180 per session. Family Therapy (3-4 people) is $200 per session. I offer a limited amount of spaces for sliding scale, which means we will agree on a rate that works for you. These fees can be paid by Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. At this time, I am not on any insurance panels, but can bill you as an Out-of-Network provider.

2. How would we meet during COVID-19?

During COVID-19, we will meet via telehealth, which is a secured video conferencing platform.

3. How will I know if you are the right therapist for me?

Choosing a therapist can be very difficult, but also extremely important. This is a personal choice. I will recommend going with what you feel is best. Before meeting with a therapist, come up with must haves lists in a therapist; know what you are looking for. I also encourage you to book a FREE 15 MINUTE CONSULTATION. You can also check out my social media platforms.

4. What kind of therapy do you do?

Most of my work has been with individuals and families. I work from a person-in-environment therapeutic approach. I explore childhood, traumas, relationships, family history and identity to get an understanding of how your experience has impacted who you are today.

5. What if my partner does not want to come to therapy? What if my family members do not want to come to therapy?

Couples Therapy and Family Therapy works best when everyone is engaged and motivated for therapy. Many people are hesitant to start therapy due to the vulnerable nature of therapy. I would encourage anyone seeking couples or family therapy to book a FREE 15 MINUTE CONSULTATION.
